INFANT NURSERY - 5TH GRADE

Partnering with parents to build in their children a foundation of faith and a personal relationship with Jesus Christ in a fun, active, and engaging way.

0-3 Years old

We provide a safe environment for your toddlers where they hear a Bible story and enjoy play activities, books, coloring, and musical instruments!

Preschool- Jr. Kindergarten

In the our Early Childhood  toddlers enjoy a time of singing and free play, followed by an interactive Bible lesson. They also enjoy activities such as crafts, games, and snacks.

KINDER - 5th Grade

Sonrise Worship is a place where kids worship God through drama, storytelling, and music. After worship time the kids participate in small groups and activities. Kids begin by worshipping with their parents and are dismissed during the service.

Check Ins

Here at The River, we value the safety of our children! Our check-in system helps keep our kids protected.
We have two stations available for check-ins. The first station is in the foyer which is the area in front of the sanctuary in which we worship. The second station is right inside of the first entrance into the building from entering the parking lot.

Family Sundays

On the first week of the month, we have Family Sunday. On Family Sundays, we invite our kids to stay in throughout the service. This is also the day we take communion, and we believe in allowing children the opportunity to partake.

On Family Sundays, you will find packets in the foyer leading to where worship is taking place which your children can bring into the service. 

Midweek Programs

Preschool - Kindergarten

Kingdom Kids come from the same family as GEMS and Cadets, so it focuses on relationship building between the children and their leaders.In fun, learning centers they actively build a foundation for understanding the Bible.

Girls Everywhere Meeting the Savior.
GEMS Girls' Clubs is a non-denominational, relationship-building club program created especially for girls! The purpose of GEMS Girls' Clubs is to help bring girls into a living relationship with Jesus Christ.

GEMS meet on 2nd and 4th Wednesdays (September - May)

Calvinist Cadet Corps : boys 1st-5th grade

A non-denominational youth ministry that enables boys to effectively share Christ’s love with boys from their church and community.

Cadets meet on 2nd at 4th Wednesdays, September – May.
